Concealed Weapon Training (4 Hours)
The concealed weapon or firearm program is administered by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Section 790.06 (1), Florida Statutes, defines concealed weapons or firearms as those carried in a manner that conceals them from the ordinary sight of another person.
Applying for a license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm for self-defense is a right of every Floridian. However, you must remember that a license to carry a weapon or firearm concealed on your person does not authorize it to use that weapon. Use of a concealed weapon or firearm is regulated by other provisions of Florida law.
You can legally file for a non resident pistol license. Our school is certified to instruct the courses you will need to obtain the Non Resident and Resident Pistol Licenses.
The benefit of having some of these Pistol licenses extends into Concealed Carry Reciprocity.
The Reciprocity agreements made by some of these state grants you the legal authority to carry your firearm in as many as 30 additional states.
Note: A License Processing Fee must be paid to the state of Florida. This fee is not included in the training price.
